Course
The first three golf holes were opened on June 19th 2008. Like the first - the other 6 holes were created by the "Ozo Golf Club" greenkeeper Martin Sternbergs.
On September 2nd 2016 renovated golf course were opened and it's possible to play like PAR35 or PAR36. New course design author is Paul Thomas from golf course project company "Dave Thomas LTD". This company also designed famous golf courses like "St. Leon Rot" in Germany, "The San Roque Golf Club" in Spain and "The Brabazon/Belfry Hotel" course, where Ryder cup was held.
This is the only golf course and driving range at GNP (Gauja National Park) and around Sigulda.
For those who want to try golf for the first time, golf equipment rental and golf lessons are available.
Driving range
We offer 200m driving range for learning, warm-up before the game and for technical improvement. Golf course has a specific fee for a certain amount of balls (bucket). At driving range you play with different balls than in game. Range ball usually flies a little shorter distance than normal golf ball.
Playing with range balls in the golf course is PROHIBITED!
Golf etiquette
No one golfer, no matter how well he demonstrate the ability to hit the ball, is not entitled to play at golf course, if he does not respect golf etiquette. Respecting etiquette is important for maintaining traditions and for player and spectator safety. Learn golf etiquette as soon as possible and explain it to others (also the audience) with whom You are playing!
Golf etiquette thesis:
* Respect the other players' interests, do not hinder tempo;
* Take care of the other players and Your own safety;
* Take care of the golf course.
